Red face Hello

Hello everyone I'm setting up my Carputer I ordered the OPUS 150W, Lilliput 7 inch and will probably use an expresso computer, I will do this by reading all of your post intelligent people here, and I need help connecting my lilliput to the OPUS, hey if you have any links with real PICS that will be awesome. I read some of the post but Im bit slow looking at sktches.

The autocan AC700ND screen does look prety impressive, but doesnt seem to be available anywhere.

If you look over the autocan site most of their stuff is just rebadged lilliput anyway. They even have what looks like a rebadge of the new lilliput indash as one of their products.

That is strangely familiar isn't it? It's EXACTLY the same. Down to the shape of the buttons. Only the colour is different.

Just an update. I previously asked for them to send me a new cable, as I think the VGA cable I have right now is defective.

They now tell me they do not have the cable on hand. Not only that, they are shipping it by some mail service, that will take 8-17 days. I do not understand. The burden should lie upon them to TEST THE SCREENS BEFORE SHIPPING. This includes testing the cable. Why should I be penalized for their mistake? I think it is only reasonable for them to ship it the same way they shipped the screen, fedex 2 day express.

I am getting really fed up with this crap. I think I will file an ebay/paypal complaint tomorrow if I do not get a satisfactory reply.

Your right it’s a disgrace how they treat valid customers and get away with it.

What’s to say after 18 days it will work?

Try advertising your week old damaged or faulty screen for sale on eBay, copy there heading and then say something like please don't bid just read, and then go on to say, after waiting over a month for this item it doesn’t work, the seller will take 18 days to send me a part that still might not fix the problem so I'm selling it and buying another brand, for more info on this item

I can not put several pictures because If i do, there are only liks and not picture. Does the only solution is to put one reply per picture?

Not even 18 days. They don't even have any cables to send me. Looks like I'll have to wait ANOTHER MONTH, just to get this thing to work. This is not acceptable. I wonder if we all contact the credit card companies, would this cripple their business? I'm not out for anyone's head, but I do want to be heard, and I wanted to be treated how a customer should be treated, with respect.

Has anyone had any success with getting a refund or return?

Also, here's the reply they gave me. They want ME to pay for the express shipping charges. Unbelieveable. I sent them a piece of my mind. I was just shaking my head when I read this. I have never experienced such bad business practice.

"Hi,

I have just checked with the shipping staff that we don't have the cable on hand. We are waiting for Lilliput to give us the spare parts. 8-17 days delivery is shipped by airmail. Do you have any comment? Are you willing to pay for express shipping in order to get it sooner when it is available? Thank you!"
