Mine too, just brown box. I started doing a review of it over on another site as I was one of the first recipients and one of my first comments was that apart from the one badge on the screen nothing else says lilliput, the orginal picture on ex-audio shows a lilliput badge on the closed monitor that's not on mine, the manual doesn't say lilliput and neither does the box.. Indicative of a test model???[/QUOTE]
It certainly looks that way,
01blackbirdws6 has just received his, maybe he could let us know how it was packed and also how it’s labelled up.
I still haven’t received mine and its now 1 month to the day since I paid ex-audio for it

Does anyone with a working cable help me out? I'm checking for continuity in the cable, testing if there are any broken connections.
According to this site:
http://www.monitorworld.com/faq_pages/q17_page.html
I don't have a connection to pin 7 and 8, ground to blue and green. However, pin 6 is ok, I get continuity to the grounding shield. Can someone with a multimeter check it out?

I wouldn’t bother mailing Stephen Sin
I mailed him yesterday after he ask me what was wrong with there screens and the reply I got today was in Double Dutch
My Letter
Hi Stephen
Well still have not received the screen that I ordered from ex-audio on the 1st of June so I cannot comment on the quality.
I have been waiting one month for this state of the ark screen but would be very disappointed if I had to return it and pay shipping costs again.
That’s why I mailed Lillitup to ask if they could clarify whether the motor problems had been corrected because customers are still receiving screens with VGA and Motor faults and are being told by ex-audio to return them at there on cost.
Take a look at this forum and read about some of the customers that are still having problems.

To make thinks better, I have been asked to send my screen back to ex-audio in order to receive a refund. However, I havent received the screen yet, and no tracking number either! Ah and I never asked for my screen to be repaired anyways, since I havent gotten one yet!
Crazyyy!

The man is clearly unhinged check my email and reply:
Me:
Hi,
If this is the final version of the screen then I definately don't want a replacement. Look at the thread below and see how many people have problems, how can this be a finished version?
http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/show...4&page=1&pp=15
As I said before people have recieved emails stating that lilliput didn't want this released yet. I am willing to accept a credit for the monitor but I would like the postage refunded too as a good will gesture for the problems this has caused me. I note that other people have been offered this.
Stephen Sin:
please don't worry about this .
by the way ,I am sorry about the late reply .

What's ****ing me off apart from not getting the goods I’ve paid for is the fact that ex-audio are still selling these screens on eBay even after I reported them to eBay and pay-pal, also not forgetting Lilliput know about this.
Would trading standards have any jurisdiction over eBay?

How long ago? Most of us had to wait over a month just for them to ship it out!
Isn't it against ebay rules to sell something you don't have? I'm sure there's also a rule that says that they have to ship it out in a timely manner. If we somehow manage to get ebay to not allow them to sell products over ebay anymore, can you imagine the loss of business they'd suffer? I imagine most of their business is done through ebay.

The thing is that many people that have ordered things from them...might never receive their goods if they just close their account on ebay! Thought of that?

A contract is a contract. It's not like they're going bankrupt. Ebay would just restrict their account. They would still be liable to deliver the goods for the outstanding orders.

If you ordered yours after July the 1st don't panic, that’s when I ordered mine and last week they told me I was No 29 on the list, however they said Lilliput would release them 15 to 20 screens a week.
I mailed them yesterday and asked why I haven’t received any tracking info and could they confirm it will be shipped this week.I also said please don’t mail me and say it will be 2 weeks because I’ve had enough of those already

I am not worried about them taking my money. Paypal will give me money back. They can't close there paypal account if they have open case. Which i am sure they have plenty open. I ordered another screen on ebay min while. SP-716. It should be here one thurdsay. I paid yesteday and they shipped it out yesterday from Hong Kong.

Well, the good news is if they do ship it out soon, you'll get it in 2 days after the ship date. Fedex 2 day express. Now if only they did that for the returns repairs
