Tried that, when I turn the ignition on the blue lights come on and it’s locked on FM, no buttons work at all.

When you use your remote can you see the little neon light flash.

I’ve just wrote back to ex-audio steaming mad as you can imagine

Damn regal that sucks. I haven't checked out if my touch screen works or not. I was hoping to get my alarm installed Friday an then put the unit in either Saturday or Sunday. I am scared the that the touch screen isn't going to work now. I'm going to cross my fingers....

The PC and TV mode worked fine apart from the touch until I pressed the radio button, that’s when it stops working, I would suggest using it in every mode for a day then try the radio and see what happens.
I hope yours is OK.

is there a reset button on this unit????? I just think in all this unit, all the problem you guys have it becuase of software. I bet the software that runs the thing is not made right.

You can unplug the cables from the back to reset.

Tried that as well with no luck, I left it unplugged over night and just tried it again but nothing happens, its still comes up saying FM radio but it won't do anything , none of the buttons will work not even on the remote.

I still think this unit was a return, because the case had dirty protective film stuck on it, the cd case is broken, and the disc is used and the extra bit for the front was in a clear carry bag.

I’m thinking of leaving this feedback what do you think, leave feedback or wait and see what ex-audio say

What software? there's only software for the touch screen but you don't have to load that for the unit to run.

OK I understand, so if they have a fix could we flash it instead of returning it to Hong Kong?

Any body know how to get it back to factory setup?
