OK now I know what you mean, do you have an HK amp in your BM.?

To post photos just click on Manage Attachments at the bottom of the reply page then add your photos, you may have to resize them.

Ok, I see where the misunderstanding is coming from. When i write:

harness--the BMW's wires
unit--Lilliput wires

so if I say blue harness wire it means the blue amp power wire. if I say blue unit wire it means the POUR cable.

yes, purchased from exaudio and the unit's wires were labeled. My Circuit City harness's wires were not labeled.

Did you buy it from ex-audio?
Can you post photos of the harness?

No, I'm fairly sure its an Alpine BMW stock amp.

Pic: Har = Harness from BMW
Mon = Lilliput cables

Got ya, just means your amp is now powered when the ignition is turned on instead of been powered by the headhunts on off switch.

No they wont make a fuss, if you wait long enough they will contact you asking you to pay, tell them you will only pay if they can guarantee its in stock and that it will be shipped as soon as your payment has cleared,
They didn’t have any stock on Thur 18th,
they will probable tell you it will be in stock in about two weeks, tell them to contact you when its in stock and you will send payment.
That’s three emails, average response is 2 days so that gives you a week after they send you a reminder, I didn’t get the reminder for 2 weeks.

eBay states you must contact the seller within 7 days, you have done.
Just keep stalling by asking questions until you’re happy, this can go on for as long as you want it to.

I just found this on Geeks.com and thought that this looks like the same lilliput model.

Model Number: GL701-TVCT

http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?invtid=GL701-TVCT

Says the Manufacturer is 'Generic'

Hey my screen is running for a week now and I must say that I have no motor nor VGA problems! I hooked it up on a car but it had a car-capacitator that kept Voltage at 12.8 so it was in "legal" limits! I come to think that the 13.8V MAX of this monitor is causing all the problems because almost all cars can easy reach 14.5V.

lilliput

I am a New Zealand Buying Agent, I buy from Lilliput.
I have my own office here in Xiamen, my office is next to theirs, to make sure I get what I want from them I moved here.
So I check everything myself never rely on emails etc etc, to get something right in China simply do it yourself, if you guys have questions or want me to check do some QC work for you let me know.

Take Care
Aaron
