Hi Aaron

I’m waiting for a replacement from ex-audio at the moment, but they don’t have any stock,or so they say. I don’t believe a word they tell me anymore because of what’s happened so far.
I’ve heard rumours ex-audio new these screens were faulty but sent them out anyway. Have Lilliput sorted out these screens now or might I get another problematic one.

Is there any news from the people who sent their screen back ? are the problems with the others fixed cause this thread is dying

No news yet Heuninck, they’ve had mine back a week now.
The last contacted I had was on the 18th to tell me they have no stock at the moment.

Yep that’s who mailed me on the 18th and said no stock at the mo, hope to get it too you early next week, it’s know the end of the week and I’ve heard nothing.
I mailed her yesterday but she hasn’t replied yet.

They usually email me around midnight EST. There's a 12 hour difference I think.

They usually mail me when they feel like it

I think the difference is 8 hours isn’t it. (GMT)

ok so heres the response i got when i told them that i want my unit fixed
"we can pay you half for return shipping cost . Please ship it via airmail .we will replace the monitor to you ASAP. here is the detail"

now i have to send another damn email arguing for them to pay full shipping which is going to get a response in about 5 days. Talk about customer service.

And even when you’ve returned it 01blackbirdws6 you will have to wait weeks,
Mine was returned on the 13th, I had a reply on the 18th saying, Hopefully, we will get it soon and release to you.

And another today the 27th saying, The latest update from the shipping staff is we will ship the replacement early next week.

Be prepared for a long wait.

All we can hope for is that the new stock will be problem free, if it is I don't mind waiting that bit longer.

okay here's what happened to me ...

i returned my in-dash and decided to trade it in with a regular 8 inch touch screen. I figured even if they send me a rplacement in-dash, i figured there's still going to be problems.

anyway, they haven't shipped me the new 8 inch yet, however, they did refund me via paypal the return shipping cost AND the price difference between the in-dash and the 8 inch touchscreen.

hopefully they will send me my new screen this week
