Well guys just to keep you updated, as most of you probably no my first screen was faulty ( paid for in Jun 05) and the replacement was damaged when I received it, so yet again I have to go through the pain off returning it to Hong Kong.
Ex-Audio asked me to report it to UPS and they would collect it and ship it back to Hong Kong after inspecting the damage, what a joke, after at least 10 emails too Ex-Audio and the same amount of phone calls too UPS my screen is still at UPS UK over one month later, yes one month.

Recall my ***.

Its good to tell Hong Kong isn’t under British rule anymore.

Totally F**ked off

Cool Issue with VGA mode

Hey All,

I wanted to know if anyone have had this problem, and how to fix it.

I got my In-Dash 7" screen yesterday, I connected it up to my car computer, touch screen works good, motor works ok.

The only issue that I have, is when the screen turns on, it defaults to Video Input 1 not VGAMODE. Is there a way to set the default video display setting to VGAMODE? This also happens when the computer goes to a full screen mode, or back.

Please let me know.

Has anyone had contact with Ex-Audio by mail in the last week?

I think they are ignoring my mail but I need to be sure before taking further action.

REGAL.

Their last reply to me is on thursday 6th.

They send me an other unit for replacement of the first.

I have paid duties a second time about 72€ (80$ i think) !!!!! I am asking EX AUDIO what they done and what they aim to do for this and still waiting for reply.!!!

Listen you will laugh!

I have received the second unit today.
plug in in my car.
Working for 10 minutes and then it is blocked on radio.
So I have to look about the second duties I paid and send the second unit back for repair..

couldn't open the screen ..NOTHING!!!

I am very angry!!!.

I think this is the worse purchase i have done!!!!

Listen very carefully, Ex-Audio have sent me two non-working screens and now just ignore my mail.

The second screen is stuck at UPS UK and has been there for over 1 month because Ex-Audio have cancelled the shipping back to them.

Because I have given Ex-audio, the chance to put this right the time limit for filing a complaint with eBay and pay pal has run out so I can’t make any claim or even give feedback. It looks to me like the same screens are just being shipped out time after time until your time limit runs out and then they just ignore you.

I've just been on the phone to pay pal for over one hour explaining what is happening to all of use who have bought these screens, but unfortunately unless someone makes a complaint against Ex-Audio within the 45 day time limit there is absolutely nothing they can do, so please listen to what I have told you don’t trust Ex-Audio you are never going to get a good screen because there isn’t any mp3 car have already told us that. Make your claim for a full refund now while you still have chance and get these people put out of business, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

You can complain to ebay about Ex-Audio using this link below even if you don't want to claim, just to let them now whats going on.

I have bought it the sepetember 2005 14th. I have paid it by paypal, the transfer has been made on the 20th september.

What must I do for a total refound?

Sorry but I must make this clear you will not get the shipping costs in with you claim.

log on with paypal and file a complant you will see a link at the top of the page when you log on, also use the link and complane to ebay as well, lets get this stopped.

I don't know. My bad luck gave me another DOA-unit. But it's in germany now for replacement. Ok, it doesn't have TV-tuner or radio, but it seems to be a more solid unit anyway. I have just sent the Lilliput of yesterday (my second unit) back to Stephen Sin and his unserious company..... Lets see what happens. EX-Audio = Don't buy from these guys. The promise you stuff the can't hold. "Shipping cost back", yeah right? On my second screen I had to pay duties and tax, but NOT on the first one? And still they say that they filled in the formular correct and low-valued the screen? Well, lets see if they will replace my second screen now....

How long have you got left? if it goes over 45 days you've had it M8, they will just ignore you mail after that, I'm not making this up.

What do you mean with "got left"? My unit worked for 1 week (approx.).

M8, what I mean is how long is it since you bought the screen, you only have 45 days to claim your money back through ebay or pay pal after that you've had it, no one will help you then, and Ex-Audio no this.
