This is what Mr Sin has to say in his defence to your statement

HI,
Please tell me who told you that about this screen is still get a problem ? I mean which Lilliput , can you tell me about this ? if the item still have the problem , Please let me know why Lilliput keep ask me to sell this screen all around the ebay ? I test all the screen in our RMA office and it is no problem before we ship it put . we do have 3 month right of only one to sell this screen in the world. so we will have all the support and stock for this monitor , now if you said the screen is not now , I very don't think so because you know this is a new model just come out , how come I have the second hand screen and repack it ? Please understand , I know how you feel about you get the screen and it won't work , Lilliput will cover the shipping cost for me , so I will refund the return shipping cost back to you paypal account , and I can replace the New screen to you with no problem . we do eby business for long time , we know we have to take care all the customer with problem , we cover all the shipping cost for repair , sometimes the problem cost by shipping company because they not handle care the electronics product , the LCd product is very easy to break , if the shipping guy not handle care the item . it will easy to make it DOA item. but we will cover all that , even the customer don't give us a change and give us a negative feedback and report to ebay about that , we still take good care about this problem and the customer happy back because we solve all the problem . we use UPS or Fedex for 1 - 2 days shipping , replace the new item to customer , cover all the UPS or Fedex shipping cost , I am sure our after sales service is better then sony , thinking about if you buy a sony TV and it stop working , they will ask you ship it back to them and wait for 3 month and ship it back to you , you have to pay the shipping cost when you ship it to them . so you can see that we cover all the cost so you don't have to pay anything when the item have something wrong. yu can see we do all the best that we can do , if you think we cna do something more , Please let me know . I will do that for all our customer.

now if the screen is stop working , Pelase let me know the problem so I can help you to solve it . Please don't worry about the shipping cost , but we don't do a refund becase we already pay for ship the item to you . we don't make that much money to cover that . please understand that .
Please let me know about what you think, thanks !

Someones not telling the truth, is it Liliput or Ex-Audio or both.

> button always working

Hi all,

i have a new problem in my odious lilliput indash.

Repently, the brightness of the screen has begun to change without touching any button. I have read in the manual that the button with the symbol > is used for change the brightness, for this, i think that the button has remained clogged as a result of the heat that gives off the screen....

some suggestion? somebody knows if I can disassemble the frontal of the screen to clear the button seller?

byeeeees

Hi guys and girls,

My first post here and after reading all 876 posts, I am *so* glad that I didn't order one of these units. I had my mind set and was looking for reviews when I came across this forum. I'm sorry for all you who lost money and time dealing with this company but I would be an idiot if I didn't learn from your experience. Thank you and good luck.

Now, I'm off to look for another in-dash unit... suggestions?

Yes, it is M8 but after all the problems, I've had at this price bracket it’s obvious you get what you pay for.

It's not a VGA input and you couldn't get the TS to work with a puter if you wanted to.

Why isn't it possible to hack the touchscreen?
