Fingers crossed for you regal, you really deserve some good luck after these arseholes have messed you around so much.
I have just submitted my claim to customs to get the first lot of import duty back, I'll let you know how it goes.

Wife won’t let me fit it today because shes off for the day and doesn’t want me to spoil her day should it go wrong.
The more I look at this box and packaging the more I'm convinced they sent me returned or repaired units last time.
Do keep us posted how you get on, I've two lots to claim back now

My second unit ( which has stoped working after 10minutes) was in a same package as yours.
Hoping yours will work fine.

Well guys what can I say, it looked promising but unfortunately looks are not everything.
I’ve just connected the thing up and it lasted 5min, I powered it up and all seemed well then I started to tune the radio in then it just stopped doing anything and I mean anything, all it does now is light up at the front absolutely **** all ells.
I'm wondering if my car is frying these bloody things or are they just absolute rubbish,
I checked and double-checked the wiring before I connected it up but I know everything is OK because I have checked it so many times in the past thinking I may have got something wrong.
The instructions say, Operating Voltage: DC 11-13V, my car is reading 11 to 13.3v and up to16v when running could this be the problem.

My new lilliput 7" screen
Hi Guys...
I had one of these units delivered on tuesday...
I have installed it and it works great! the s/n for my unit is 09701TV0043
I connected all wires to an ISO wireing harness before install and made sure I connected it car side to power before connecting the screen as it says in the instructions.
I have tested radio, tv and vgamode so far took a bit of fiddeling to get sound out of tv by changing sound settings in the menu but it now works...
so far so good....
(i'll be sure to let you know if it plays up)...

EXACTLY what happened to me. I remember the unit stopped whan I was playing with the radio. Since that, my unit doesn't want to da anything!!!
it is blocked on a raduio station : 107.2. And I can't open the screen or change anything.!!!!

For myself I used to an ISO converter specific to my car to be sure of which cables I was using.
If I remember well it was a converter Asia->Euro from "Norauto" shop....
I'm not sure you've got such brand in USA, but if it can help.
