Well what do you suggest?
I fort for over 5 months with ex-audio, eBay and pay-pal and still ended up with nothing. I received three replacements from ex-audio (audio car) and all of them lasted only minuets after connection.
eBay and pay-pal ask, or tell you to sort your problems out between the buyer and seller, they do this because when you do you end up running out of time to make a claim with them, there is no such thing as safe harbour when you buy from Hong Kong its all a big con.
This deal had cost me over £400 when I gave up, there is no point throwing good money away after bad on shipping, and import tax costs just to be lied to for well over a month and then receive another substandard Lilliput Product.
We know electrical items can all have faults but Lilliput indash screens seem to be made of them.
There was talk about Lilliput doing the honourable think and recalling these known substandard units but nothing ever came of it.
I begrudgingly paid the price fore a pioneer XR1 unit but it turned out to be the best move I ever made, why?
1/ I came on time and was properly packed.
2/ It worked first time and is still working.
3/ Great customer service, no lies after lies after lies and waiting for months.
4/ Reputable company with a good name.
Can Lilliput, Ex-audio, eBay, or Pay-pal match up to one of these points?
Can they F**K.
God that made me feel better.
