No luck with this one.... the menu is actually pretty good to navigate, no entering of numbers to turn on and off options. I tried all differnt settings, testing of cables, different methods hopeing for sound but nothing
Time to write an email I think.

mine looks the same as yours.... guessing its newer then the other borken ones iv seen posted.
do you use yours to control your computer sound?
ie. plug your computer into the vga inputs then teh head unit to an amp or speakers?
or do you bypass the hu and use the radio/stereo unit in the car?

using the hu in the car, the lilliputs audio handling seems ****.... the lilliput is just a vga screen to me and thats all i wanted/want it to be.... if i could have bought without the radio/tv tuner/clock on the front! i would have, all i want is a 1 din plain box with an on button.... you listening lilliput!!!

Its a long time since I pay a visit to this site and I'm gob smacked to see people are still buying this pile of shight, I thought they would either have to put it right or be banned off eBay but I guess eBay and pay pal turn a blind eye to big traders, they certainly didn’t help me and many others when the complaints first started over a year ago.
This is the biggest pile of junk on the market today, if your thinking about buying one don’t and if you already have one send it back, if its working now it wont be next week.

Hey Regal,
Long time since I've been around too, I put the project on the back burner after the lilliput flip out fiasco - You'd like to think people would boycott them really wouldn't you, if they worked right then this thread wouldn't be 76 pages long!!

I agree, they're average quality. But i've had one for a while now and it works beautifully! Admittedly i'm only using it as a monitor (none of the audio functions etc), but it works perfectly and never misses a beat!

Hi Carvex7
Just like old times, nothing changed I see, still no recall
I still have mine boxed on the top shelf just as a reminder never to buy form Hong Kong again.
Primordial
You must be the only one that has something good to say about this pile of crap. Not using audio functions why? You daren’t I bet
By the way you said
None of the audio functions etc
Never misses a beat!

Hehe yeah I just had to feel the way the volume control turns to know that it's not smart to use the audio side of it! I didnt even bother trying them, i just use an MP3/CD head unit separate to the lilliput to process audio.
Visually, it's great though!

Not bad thanks Regal, you?
Have put the car pc on hold for the moment since changing car but have returnd to the forums to get an idea of what I want. I had (foolishly!) thought that these lilliputs might have been revised and sorted by now... I am tempted by the digitalww flip out monitor but I'll definately hold back.. Don't fancy being a beta tester again!
The units are slighly different, if you check ste_novas' picture against this the buttons on the lower half are a little different.. Still not going to buy one though!!
