Problem with my Xenarc 700TSV: Ghosting and buzzing sound?

Just bought a brand new Xenarc 700TSV from mp3car.com. 2 very annoying problems.

1. The monitor when turned on, makes a constant buzzing sound that's very annoying. The sound gets louder when there's more content on the screen.

2. There's ghosting on the image. I tried adjusting the phase value but that didn't help.

I'm hooking up mine directly to an AC source so there shouldn't be dirty power.

Anyone else having the same problems?

For a $400 monitor, I'm very disappointed.

Anyone have any input to my problems? Do you have the same problems with your Xenarc? I'm not sure if my monitor is defective or if this is common.
