Question Interferrance from laptop power not LCD power

I'm getting interferrance on my Liliput 7" only when my laptop is being powered a DC-DC power supply. If the laptop is running off of batteries or an AC-DC power supply (via inverter) its crystal clear. Does anyone have any advise?

I have tried 2 different dc-dc adaters.

I would have thought the DC-DC power adapters would create less interferance than using an inverter.

I really don't want to use an inverter, so any advise is appreciated.

Possibly something to do with the VGA connector earth. I remember someone having a similar problem. Try searching for terms like VGA, EARTH, CONNECTOR etc etc
