I understand that you are in fact an I.F.W as the theory suggests.

I'm getting an error message when I attempt to install the new CLE266 Graphics Driver...anyone else get this?
I'm also getting the OSD to report "800x480 @60Hz" when I select the 800x600 option in the windows menu
The displayed "800x480" looks crisp & clear, but the bottom portion of the screen is missing.
There is no "800x480" option in the BIOS.
I'm performed the flash on a new XPSP1 install.

those new display drivers are from 19 July 2005 (just days ago!)
Maybe they will fix the problem? They won't install for me though - it comes up with an error message when I attempt to install....does this happen to anyone else?

In the advanced mode of the display settings in windows I was now able to choose 60-85hz refresh rates and a ton of resolutions (800X480, 840X480, 852X480) and a bunch more.
The only option for 800X480 was 60hz but in 3 flavors (256colors, 16bit, 24bit).
Whenever I switch to 800X480 the screen goes blank and I have to wait for it to time out or hit escape. It seems the liliput wont quite lock on to the resolution.
Im willing to bet if you combined this with powerstrip in order to tweak the porch settings a bit, that you could make it work.
