Post video card to lcd question

Seems my soder jobs blow cause I can't get the 75 ohm resistance to work. When my ati card pics up the lcd its a bad picture. I haven't bought my video card yet for my carputer but are there any with tv out that don't require the 75 ohm reistance?

Thanks for the time and help
Mike

Not that I know of....I have seen or tested the MSI 6215 barbones and FV24 mobo with onboard TV out as well as an ATI AIW pro and all of them needed to detect some resistance in order to enable tv out.
