tview t700vga. Only white screen??????

I have this Vga monitor t700vga made by t-view... And when i plug the power into it. It the screen just comes up as white. OSD doesn't respond or anything.. ANy clue what could be wrong with this thing.

sounds like a doa, check with the seller, or check the FAQs w/ panasonic

When it's white like that reseat the ribbon cable between the LCD panel and the controller board.
