ts drivers

ive been searching for a while now with no luck, im installing the drivers for my 700m ts and a box came up asking which setup type i wanted. i wanted to know what the "rotating monitor utility" and the "shutdown utility" was. im using the drivers that came with the screen

I never install them, never had a need for them.
