usb to vga adapter?

I was curious to know if I could use a VGA monitor without a video card? I was hoping to use one of those usb to VGA adapters, but I wasn't sure if that would work. Anyone have any ideas?

At first I was going to say "VGa on USB? Is that possible?"

But Froogle found some. Looks like a sweet idea. If I had $$ I'd get one

Search the forums. A couple users have them and use (or used) them.

You never found that link, did you? Why? It's hard to find in the NavBar across the top of the forums, amongst a lot of other crap.

TELL MP3CAR YOU WANT A LINK TO THE FAQ IN A MORE OBVIOUS, NOTICABLE LOCATION HERE.

Yeah, I have one but I have not used it as a standalone VGA, only as an extra VGA for my second screen. However, saying that, I suppose there's no reason why it shouldn't work. If I get a chance I'll experiment.

I would like to play with one of these also.... my problem is that my primary display is rotated 90 deg. & all of the outputs from my motherboard are rotated as well because they run off the same video card... I would like to know if I added one of these would I be able to have that display not rotated? anyone know?
