USB Control Board component burned

Hello, I had trouble connecting the lilliput usb to the carputer but now I noticed that a component of usb controller board of the lilliput burned. Is there anyway to fix this or do I need to buy another usb control board?

it seams like a diode... (ex:1N4xxx) the foto is a little blurred... can you see any numbers or letters in the component?

ill get a pic later in the evening. the component has red and black stripes and doest have any numbers. It is also round. Maybe i can solder around it?

It's a 5.1V zener. You can get them from digitalww or online electronics stores.
