"\" doesnt show wright

I have a startup screen through lcdprint and all the \ show up as some other type of character. I think that it is the Yen mark. Why is this doing this. I have a L4034.

The screen messed up. It says MP3Cutlass.

That is not a character in the default character rom. You can define your own character, up to 8 I think without refreshing.. but lcdprint does not support that

Here's the default char set :

the "/" is character 00101111 (1+2+4+8+32 = 47)

Don't know how to get that in lcd print, though. ( alt + 047 ? )

Oops, nevermind, you wanted a "\"

I don't see one in the charset, so you'd have to make a custom char. (which means you'd need custom software

)
