Headrest enclosure

Does NE1 know where I could get the enclosure for a headrest to mount a 4" lcd? I find all kinds for 5" and 6", but none for 4". Surely someone makes them.

Also, does NE1 have a recommendation for a video distrubuter (not a business, a distributer for the video signal) :-)

I have checked Mobile Authority and PartsExpress, neither have a small enclosure for the 4". Any other places I could check? Thanks!

This is a car audio website with a BB also. You can get a lot of help on there. I am sure that someone will know where or how to get one.
