I wouldn't be too shocked if it approached 2 grand & better, if it's under a grand it would be awsome, but somehow I doubt it.....

my official guess is between $1,499 & $1,699

...and then don't be to surprised if it is propritary to there system, not that there may not be a work around, but I think chances are it might not be a regular vga connection, but this is only a guess....

This is a similar or same screen thats was installed in the front and back of a local uh-60 helicopter. I have a local airbase and they have a uh-60's and they have those screens in the back cargo area that display some guages and gps info.

Well the site says The interface is designed to work
with the SAMM or other laptop computers...so i hope it's a standard vga. Like I said I will post the price tomorrow.

these have to be stupid expensive.... my friend is an nypd aviation mechanic at floyd bennette & he tolls me of the $6,000 screens that they buy...... now THAT'S sunlight readable....... I would love to get my hands on one of those.... that's why I'm building my lcd, but there is no way for me to get transflective...... this has to be an awsome screen.... if I didn't already build my screen I would have paid $1,500 for this one.... chances are it's more though......

I'm pretty anxious to find out......
