Touch Screen unknown device
I had my touch screen working on a stripped version of windows XP with SP2. For reasons I had to format the drive. When it came to reinstalling the touch screen i loaded the drivers onto the system and then restarted the pc. When it had rebooted I plugged in the USB for the touchscreen but now windows only recognises it as an unknown device. I have went into device manager and tried pointing it to drivers that way but it always returns nothing.
It has worked on this install of xp before and has also worked on others (I performed a number of previous formats using all of this same equipment) but now I keep getting this unknown device.
Does anyone have any ideas what it happening?
FYI I have deleted the USB roots and reinstalled them too but again I have no luck doing this.
