My k301 has a permanent burnt in image?! *help*

i noticed today that my k101 screen has roadrunner burnt into it, im gutted to say the least and now ive noticed it it sticks out like a sore thumb. Ive only had the screen for a few months and it only gets about 1hrs use at the most each day

Both the rr main screen and audio screen are burnt in, you can see the audio controls the most but the camera doesnt pic them up too well its even more ovious in real life

Its got me really really confused, this is not just when you loose power like the ghosting on the lilliputs this is there all the time, just like when a crt has a burt in image. Ive left it off for ages and its still there, ive left it on the blue screen for ages hoping it would start to fade and it doesnt change it atall. Its there through all the modes on the screen (av1 etc..)

if you look at the top of the screen (photo is taken sideways) you can see some circle like objects

same again

is it normal for the backlight to have a bright bar along the bottom?

few more pics here

somebody help, cant look at the screen without noticing them now

Did you have a screensaver? It really shouldn't do that. Normally takes high contrast colours (like the prompt or a text menu in DOS) and a VERY long time (like days) of the same image to cause burn-in. I'd suggest you contact the reseller
