I have broken the touchscreen on my mm400 v2 (same as linitx I think), can I get an replacement for this?

Can I use the lilliput replacement from digitalww, or the xenarc ?
will they fit in the usb controlboard?

yup you can use the lilliput replacment one as the panels are the same

All the controllers are compatible/the same unless its the newer 5 wire series.
