Solution:
I actually had the same exact problem with my Xenarc last week. I tried pretty much everything. I used the same exact drivers as I had used when it worked - and I had the same problem you described. After getting frustrated to all hell, I actually did a
I went to Xenarc's website and found out they had a new version of the drivers. Newer than the version I had been using. I downloaded those drivers, installed and it worked great.
The new drivers are only like 2 months old:
