worcol touchscreen problem in XP

i ordered this touchscreen and it comes with usb drivers and all the needed stuff. when i instal the drivers and try it out a few things happen.

its almost like the x and y axis are switched because were i touch and were the cursor goes are way off. BUT if i turn the screen 90 degrees clockwise then it works the way it should except now the screen is sideways.

also whenever i touch the screen my computer makes a loud beep.

should i just plan on sending this thing back?

no, its not upside down. just 90 degrees off. the desktop image is the right way. so as a monitor the screen works fine. but if i touch the right sode of the screen the cursor goes to the bottom. if i touch the bottom it goes to the left side of the screen. if i touch the left it goes to the top. and so on. its just 90 degrees off i guess. i cat explain it any better than that. when i goto the settongs and goto add new panel list and click add. it says no more controller.

finaly got it figured out. i got the newest drivers from egalax and got it working perfect.

also just incase anyone ever gets fruestrated with the calibration thinking it doesnt work because the X never goes away.... you have to touch and hold your finger on the X until it goes away... i was just tapping it and nothing was happening and it was making me mad for a little while.
