Well, my xenarc 700IDT arrived yesterday, so I tried it out. i was less than thrilled. I noticed a bunch of "problems" that maybe someone can help illuminate me on. I still have some research to do and will call tech support, but was wondering if anyone had any quick answers.
1: Yellow display: The Display seems yellow. All the areas that are supposed to be white have kind of a sickly yelllow tint to them. There wasn't a color menu in the monitor, but I assume I can change this with software. Is this normal?
2: Tilt. How do you tilt the damn thing 15 degrees to the left or right? There are instructions but unless I'm a complete tard I can't do it.
3: TS USB not recognized. When I install the drivers (yes the latest from xenarc.com) per the instructions, the USB TS is "not recognized". What does that mean?
4: Aspect ratio: My stock m2k mobo can only go as far as 800x600, and not the 800x480? that the xenarc wants. Xenarc's
FAQ says to use software to stretch it out. I tried
but can't find good threads about it. I still have research to do, but am frustrated & if there is an easy answer I can't find it.
I'll let you know what tech support says on Monday, but if anyone has any pearls of wisdom, I sure would appreciate it. Maybe it can be added to the Xenarc FAQ?
