Lilliput suddenly has no VGA signal on resume

I've got a lilliput 619 mounted in a TMZ bezel. I've got my carPC set to suspend to S3 (and everything turned off in the BIOS) on power off signal. My m1-atx is set to never hard power off. The lilliput does auto-on and it powered by the 12V rail of the m1-atx.

It's been working fine for weeks. Last weekend I took it out of the bezel to paint it, then put it back in. It worked fine on Monday. Today, whenever I resume (everytime I turn the car on) I get no VGA signal on the lilli. The touch screen works and the PC is working, if I know where to press, I can play/pause my front end. If I power down the whole carPC (I have a killl switch which cuts power to the m1-atx), and turn it back on (so not resuming, just powering on) everything is fine. I get VGA untill I suspend and try and resume.

Any ideas? I was staring at the screen and it looked like I was getting interference on the VGA signal that I didn't notice before, maybe it's a really weak signal and the resume needs more? I could be seeing things because I'm looking closely now, though.

See the other thread about this. Using something like xport3 or gpsgate fixes the problem.
