Would this work as a screen?

Has anyone tried a windows CE device like this as a remote desktop monitor?

It's more than just a monitor. It's a full-fledged computer running WindowsCE.
I don't know if you can connect any external video sources to that unit. I'd expect the process would be the same as converting a laptop screen, which is a daunting and expensive task.
You'd be better off just using the WinCE device as the carputer, IMHO.
