Mystery Plug in 700IDT
Anyone know what this plug is for? It's a 3-pin plug. Nothing's plugged into it. Maybe an auxiliary fan?
The monitor is a xenarc 700IDT.

That's definitely the same connector as a fan.
I wonder if it could be for an LCD or something? LEDs lighting?

I can't easily take it out to measure...wish I'd have thought of that while I was busy taking a picture. Grrr...
Maybe it'll be for a fan to cool it down if there's a DVD player in there in the future.
I wonder if it's in other xenarc screens.
