What size lcd to use?

Hi... finally i can begin my comp, but i dont know which size to use. I have a lexus sc300 and its a double din set up, actually double din and a half on the bottom where the cigarette lighter and ash tray sits. Of course i need touch screen but what monitor should i use to fit in there? Looking for a oem flush look btw. thanks!

Use whatever you want.

You know you can measure the opening and look up the dimensions for any of the major touchscreens out there and do your own calculations....

Ok but then what if i cant find anything to fit like i want? can i take it apart? is that even recommended to do?

Thats what im trying to mimic but thats a regular screen... non vga

So what are the dimensions of that screen?
Find a VGA monitor with the same dimensions.

If you don't like it, you can always get a second dash piece so you can swap out later on.
