I bought a non-touch screen in-dash for a replacement for my old non in-dash screen. I want to know if it's woerth buying a aftermarket touch screen panel overlay and installing it into the screen. Any thoughts? Places to get kits oin the cheap?

I have done search for this topic but can't find any good replies before i get flamed.

yeah he sells overlays and controllers. Thats all you need. But be careful on fitting to avoid a lot of pressure to the overlay and check your screen housing to see if it allows about 3mm for the overlay.

so where can i pick up a 7-8 inch overlay panel? and how much? i want to do exactly this but confused on what needs to be done.
