i think i burn my USB controller board

help, i think i connected the wiring for the usb ts board wrongly, when i connect it into the computer after i have all the wiring done, i notice my usb controller board main IC is extremely hot

once i redo the wiring the computer says device is corrupted or window doesn't recognize it even after i install the drivers. can someone help me? where can i buy another one of the USB controller.
btw, i have a liliput system.
