Lilliput won't respond to VGA Signal

My Lilliput (the old 7" version, not the boxy one with the stylus) won't respond to VGA connections any more. It has mostly been sitting as I have been too lazy to fabricate the mount for it. It worked fine before but now it just won't get a signal. Anyone know what the problem could be?

@mushupork5: before it permanently died, had it been only intermittently not responding to VGA signal? Mine is intermittent and always goes back to normal once I restart the computer. I'm just trying to mentally and financially prepare myself for a new monitor.

I'm moving the PC to a different car. Perfect time to check on that. Thanks.
