New Super 7" LCD- powers up, but No Signal display on RGB input- Home LCD works kinda

I checked my car PC on one of my normal monitors. Everything comes up- BIOS, Windows XP, etc, but after a few seconds inside the OS the screen goes white. When the Super is plugged in, I get NO SIGNAL for any of it. Any thoughts?

Sounds like the signal is either turning off or out of range... I would try to test with a "regular" monitor if you can.
