Lilliput Power

I have lost my power support for a car adaptor for my Lilliput 619, is there an orginal or compatible solution?

power support????

power supply?

you are best powering the screen off your PC power supply anyway as those lighter adapters are generally crap. Alternatively, look for a regulated dc-dc psu with 12V out. and don't get the polarity wrong or boom!

good greif mate, are you really building a carPC?

I have never seen that company before, or the adapter but by the looks of it - from the sticker on the front it is likely (12V out). If it is in the touch screen section than it is more than likely. As they seem to only sell lilliput screens then even more likely.

did you email them to check?

There is no power rating but i imagine it is capable of a measly 10W as it is in the screen section and the only other issue would be the plug size and it's polarity.

Why dont you just hook your screen up to your computer PSU? I dont like those little power regs.

your psu is a regulator. so no.

make sure you use the black next to the yellow.

as for a cable you can go to maplins and buy some wire and a jack plug for less than the shipping from the USA. Or just cut the cable off your mains adapter
