How to contact Armen at DigitalWW for RMA ?
I'm trying to contact Armen to get replacement for my one month old Gain screen but I have no luck to get hold of him
No replies to email and answering machine all the time ...
I like to send it back before my 2 week holiday ...

I'm also trying to contact Armen to get replacement, I've send my broken DWW-700M to him in December and trying to contact him ever since.

Sending emails, leaving my number on the voicemail it all doesnt mather, i dont hear anything from him. Its more expencive for me to buy a ticket and vissed DigitalWW in the states so i am thinking of buying a new unit elsewhere,

He is around, I spoke with him via email this morning. I'm having a problem with my new DWW-700H. The touchpanel isnt working. I hope I don't have the same issues with RMA'ing my monitor too...

It took more time recently to get a product from him than the first time I talked to him (I live about 30 min away). I never got a return phone call, but I did get the project housing I ordered.
