Motorized In-dash Housing

Does the monitor supposed to lean back when touched about a inch or so?
I had Armen install my Lilliput into the housing year ago or so and had this problems since. I had to wait forever for my screen so when I finally got it, I decided to give it a shot. Basically after screen opens, it will lean back when touched. I have to lean it all the way to the dash to secure it. It is very annoying, especially in the daytime when screen is glary because it is facing the windshield. I just want to know if anyone had this issue, or it supped to be like any other motorized unit and stay firm when opened at any position.

Thanks.

If its the motorized Lilliput indash, I have the same unit.

1. When you open it up it flips back almost touching the dash
2. There is some play when using the touch screen

I just adjust the screen once it opens... everytime but used to it. Is this what you mean?

Yes. I assumed when I got mine that it was a small defect, but after waiting forever I kept it. I used another motorized unit(factory alpine) and there was no "play". This sucks as we paid same for them as the top name brands. Oh well.
