Xenarc won't power on

I was hooking my Xenarc up in my new car after about about 2 problem-free years in my last car. As I was hooking it up I couldn't get it to power on in the car. So I took it back into the house and hooked it up to my trusty 12V power supply. Nothing. No green power light, no image on screen. The only thing I can think of is that I reversed the polarity on the connector when I wired it.

Anyone have any ideas? I got no smoke, burnt smell, nothing. I've taken the multimeter to the board and I'm only seeing voltage in one spot right near the connector. There don't seem to be any resistors/capacitors burnt either.

Thanks,
Andy
