Lilliput 629GL - opus 150 - Biostar m7ncg

My 7" Lilliput started showing some strange behavior....
I have it wired to the Opus 150w, and plugged into the onboard
video card of the Biostar m7ncg.

Things seemed good for about a month,
then I started having to reset the computer sometime after
the first boot to get vga. The monitor complains about no vga.

Lately it is unable to display vga if I simply turn the monitor off, then
back on again while the computer is booted.

If the computer hibernates, I have about a 50/50 chance that I will
lose video in the same manner.

I did some searches, but I am torn as to whether this is a monitor issue,
or motherboard/video card.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Turns out that the problem above

Is only happening in full screen within Roadrunner.
When I use Frodoplayer full screen, none of the described symptoms.

Too bad, cuz I tore the screen out of my XB last night and messed
with it for several hours, including putting in a cooling fan.
Aw hell, I live in Dallas, the fan will probably save my butt later.

Sad part is.....
Roadrunner is the only thing with built in Sirius, and that is working well.
