lilliput Burn in mode

Hey,
I figured i would give another shot with fixing my monitor...

when i hit the power im in vga mode then i try to use the buttons and nothing happens except when i press the volume up button it goes into a burn in mode that i can not get out of unless i pull the power.

does anyone know if maybe im in some wired mode? or anyone seen that before.
