LCD panel + controller at DigitalWW

I was looking at purchasing the LCD shown here:

It looks to be the same panel and controller used in a Xenarc. Does anyone know for sure? The reason I ask is that it is critical that the controler do auto switching from VGA to Composite when a video signal shows up on Composite (and back to VGA when the composite signal is lost).

I will email support or Armen if nobody here knows for sure.

it has all of the features as the xenarc so yet it does autoswitch and last input memory.
