If I already have the Lilliput 629 in the Suburu bolt-in kit, how hard will it be to swap out the upgraded screen with my existing one?

How does this compare (side by side) to the LinITX or Xenarc etc?

Duh, the video showed the comparison...I thought it was an old Lilliput vs new like in the photos.

So I will ask here...it doesn't have the automagic reverse camera display does it?

So, I have the 2005 G35 Xenarc kit. It's a 7" kit, the one sold here at mp3car store.

I have the necessary mechanical and electronic skills to do the install. Any idea if it will fit?

I dont think it would fit since the xenarc and lilliput panels are different.

Hmm, I might have the answer, and it might be no.

The dimensions listed for the G35 700TSV screen (2005/2006 model) are 7.75W x 4.75H x 1.38D

The dimensions for the Transflective screen are 7.33W x 5H x 1.5D

That ight be bad news, and I doubt I am willing to bet $679 that it will fit. Thats somewhat depressing.

The screen might fit, but the controller board sure won't. We will eventually make another version of the G35 housing.

I believe that it will indeed fit, we'll have to test to confirm.

No, that's not supported by this monitor.

Very impressive! I'll definitely pick one up when the price becomes more reasonable...
