Broken Lilliput Controller Board

About a year ago the little plastic clips broke of the 40way ribbon on my lilliput and since then i've been doing with wedging bits in here and there but its hardly ideal, therefore i bought some replacement connectors and started work. The connector on the Main board went well and seams to be ok, however when it came to removing the connector from the little board on the LCD it all went wrong and snapped of a few tracks

Therefore i was wondering if anyone know if you can buy replacements of those little 1" by 2" PCBs on the LCD and if not is anyone selling one?

Any help would be very welcome

by tracks do you mean the copper circuit tracks? If so you can re-build them with solder if the break isn't too large or with bits of wire if it is.

Unfortunately, quite often it is those little circuits boards that have the problem, either the connector brakes or a 'fuse' goes on it.

You can't buy them new, you can only get them 2nd hand. They only come with new LCD's.
