Help with my xenarc 700tsv (multi-color lines)

I just finished my work on my second bezel for my xenarc monitor and when i plugged it in, an image showed up of a bunch of multi-colored lines that just got brighter until the screen was white and then turned off. this is the only thing i can get it to show. Any ideas??? If i cant get this fixed i think im gonna pull my car computer. Even though it was awesome when it worked. Its been nothing but headaches and wasted money.

this happens whent he ribbon ibetween the controller and the lcd is not in right. Carefully check it. The screen is not blown dont worry.
