COMPLETE ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM INSTALL in Lincoln TownCar (ADVICE and HELP NEEDED!!!)

Hello,

I'm trying to install complete A/V entertainment system in my 2003 Lincoln TownCar Executive L (limo).
I don't really know where to start, but this is what I want to do:

1. I'd like to put 2 headrest monitors with DVD player and separate TV tuners, so each passenger can watch different channel at the same time (I assume both TV will need separate wireless headphones).
This is what I found on eBay:

Has anyone tried this set? They're cheap, but I've heard that they're comparable to Xentar and Lilliput. I don't know, I've never tried them.
If you have any suggestions, please let me know.
Do you think I sould go with integrated TV tuner or should I buy separate unit? I really need a strong signal in order to have decent picture quality while I move around.

2. 60GB video iPod connected to the system (with on screen display), so I can play video podcasts on the lcd screens.
I found this:

or
http://www.discountcarstereo.com/detail.aspx?ID=921

I wonder how can I hook up everything, so anybody on the rear seat can use different media at the same time. You know, someone wants to see latest ABC News podcast and at the same time you can watch your favourite dvd on another screen.

As for the power consumption. Should I install additional battery or power capacitor? How to hook up everything ???
I really would like to do this, but I don't know "how to bite this"
I would really appreciate any help, guys.
I saw your amazing projects with custom installations, so this one should be piece of cake for you
