There is no line out from this unit. I think I read in another thread for the double din with the dvd drive (made by the same company) that somebody bought some sort of converter from wall mart to convert the amplified output to a line output.

Scosche makes a multi-level line converter. I am using one right now with my monsoon stereo to add a line level out for my amp and sub. the 750Fm does not have line level out. it just outputs via the 45wx4 to the speakers. but then again, you could as mentioned, just add in a line converter. Why would you want to run radio into your pc anyhow, when it's already outputting? Unless your configuration is already established to use such a system.
Actually, it's the scosche SLC4

I am actually having trouble withthe drivers on win2k. It happened to misteriously work once totally fine. then i rebooted and it stopped. I keep getting a usb error. something about an improper driver. I'll be switching over to xp soon, but anyone have suggestions?

I am putting a stereo in my truck with equipment that I already have (amps, etc). Running just the radio off the internal 4x45 is not an option.
Anyone want a screaming deal on a DWW-750?

It's a pretty standard car stereo setup. 3 Pairs of RCA jacks coming from the back of the head unit to the rear of the truck. You have front left+right, rear left+right, and a pair subwoofer out. The front and rear set of jacks run to my Mcintosh 4 x 25 amp. It has an internal crossover. The remaining pair of jacks for the Subs run to a MTX 1500D amp pushing 2 JLAudio 10w6 Subwoofers. This amp also has an internal crossover. Nothing earthshaking here, mine is probably just like a million other basic car stereo installs. The objective here is to replace my current HU with my CarPuter, without purchasing a switching device. I will probably end up just getting a line level converter for it and pumping it in to line in on the carputer.

I get yah..It's kinda hoaky no matter what. I'll be fallin in the same boat shortly after my last final today. I am deleting my stock HU and possibly factory amp (MONSOON) and using the 750FM. Since I am running a mono sub to a Punch 300.2 amp, I am gonna pull a RR and RL channel to feed it.your main issue is that no matter what you'd stil lneed a pair of line outs to the subs. Yah, i'd say go with the line level....but instead of going line in on carputer, the rca's on the 750 are in...not out.(From everything I've seen so far.) So why not jsut run all your systems INTO the 750 and let it handle all the switching. You can select audio during any video...ok babble now...good luck.

I recall that there was a link to the drivers for every major operating system on the digitallww product page. Have you tried that?

I am gonna check for damage to wire sheath and what not. seems odd though cause everything been workin fine. But I still have a lot of plans and whatnot for rewiring and crap, so i gotta see. Also, M_T_C are you running an amp and where did you pull the amp on?

Looks like you need to pull a line from the car ACC for the amp remote.

I am not running an amp. I am quite happy with the built in amp within this unit. I honestly do not see the point of using an external amp unless u have an existing system or want crazy power.
Hey, I wanna see some of the installs you other guys have made!
