Great idea please help... need some advice

I have a 2003 Lancer OZ Rally, which i am hopefully gonna install small monitor into my glove compartment and put a Slim PS2 down by the foot of the passenger seat... Can anyone give some more ideas or tell me if this idea is worth doing?

Some of my Questions are:

What size monitor will i need...
Is there a easier way to put that snuggly into my glove compartment w/o using fiberglass?????
Is it safe to ahve a monitor in the glove compartment????

I would guess the size depends on the dimensions of your glove compartment, and how you'd mount it.

The 'easier way' once again, depends on the box, and the screen.

Not sure what you're asking by 'Safe'.

You will need to power the ps2 and monitor. All monitors tend to run on 12v which i believe is pretty standard throughout the car. that take cares of the monitor. The ps2 is a matter of getting a car adapter according to the voltage of the ps2. consider using the cigarette lighter.

Now, you want to mount the monitor in the glove compartment? have you thought about the visor? does it have to be in the glove compartment? woudl you consider mounting a stand outside the glove compartment and when your done put away the monitor in the glove compartment? Do you (the driver)also plan on using the ps2 or is it just for specifically for the passenger(s). sounds like you're looking for mounting solutions. maybe MP3CAR.com can help with that?

PS you got pics of your wip? be nice to see your ride.
