Need info of xenarc 7" touchscreen

I'm looking at installing a car PC in my Range Rover Sport due to my immense dislike for the factory sat nav. My intention is to run a xenon PC with a 7" xenon touchscreen attached. My problem is i only have room for a 7" monitor and cannot accomodate any of the external buttons. If using road runner as a front-end, will i be able to conceal these buttons and still have access to all controls for the monitor? Any info would be most appreciated!

Yeah, i'm hoping so anyway..... probably in the wrong forum but htought someone might have experience with this
