Question Advantech PCM-5862 Flat Panel Controller

I have an Embedded Motherboard from Advantech model PCM-5862. It is a 5.25'' PC/104 Board, with a Flat pannel connector.
I also have a spare NEC NL6448AC33-10 10.4 TFT Panel. I found from the Advantech site the connection diagram for this LCD.
In the BIOS, there are some settings for the LCD connected to ths connector (Monochrome, EL, Sharp, blah blah blah). I noticed that there are no standard R0-R5/G0-G5/B0-B5/HSync/VSync pins, but they are named as P1,P2,FLO,.....I suppose that depending on the BIOS settings, the functionallity of these pins are changed.

Does anyone can help me???
Thanks

I think both Frogbutt and my self are in the same boot as you, if you read some of my threads it might help with pin wiring, but how you connect it up is a mystery. As soon as I find any thing I'll post it, and if you could do the same. In the mean time you'll have to hang in there.

Total re-design underway: on the whole progress is very slow as the car is taking up too much time :)
